Everything was great, sweet staff, perfect location just off city center as well as the old town, the information centre and main attractions. The breakfast was included and consisted of cereals, cakes, fresh fruit and cookies.

Unique location, reasonably priced & absolutely superb breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. They made my stay perfect. It was set close to restaurants and pubs. Super base for exploring Veliko Turnovo: D

Cool place to stay whilst in Veliko Turnovo. Great dishes, super central location. We loved that the room was air conditioned and stocked. Extra attentive staff and decent service all day long. Smart hotel set in the delightful area.

We appreciated location and food. We spent our time nicely in this low-budget hotel. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Student's kitchen that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms and views were AWSOME. The bed was comfortable and there was free WiFi. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.
